This small enclave of homes situated on a property bordering the Atlantic Ocean and the Kennebunk River were once home to small motel style cabins.  The footprint of the new cabins were only allowed to be enlarged by 30% due to the zoning near the water.  These classic New England homes were all designed to be distinctive, yet complimentary to each other.
