This neighborhood property is one block from the beach.  The houses surrounding the property prevented views from the existing low lying, deteriorating home - which was torn down.  This new house has phenomenal ocean views from the 3rd floor windows and a generous rooftop balcony.  Perfect for summer gatherings.
