Office Building
Portsmouth, New Hampshire

The challenge of this project was to create an upscale warehouse space on the first floor while providing Class A office space on the top floor.   This building also provides the owner with an option to create offices on the 2nd floor in the future, if needed.  A varying rhythm of exterior detailing such as arches of stucco, stone, spandrel glass and window lintels help minimize the massing of the overall building.
