Retail Renovation/Addition

Conversion from  Pizza Restaurant to a Retail/ Office building. The building was completely gutted.  The existing barn was raised so the first floor matched the first floor of the main building.  Raising the barn allowed for an additional story below the barn which inspired the creation of an Ole' Irish Coffee house with stone and a stone fireplace along with upscale lighting.  Two new code compliant egress stairs were added.  It was important to keep the historic charm of the original structure.
