What started out as a renovation project, it soon became evident that a tearing down the old house and building a new one was more economical based on the needs of this family.  This house was designed to also maximize the ocean views which the old house did not.  The walkup cupola and rooftop deck were an added bonus.  Now the views are outstanding from this property.
