Kennebunkport, Maine An old home too dilapidated to renovate was torn down to make way for this new home. Being in the middle of an historic seaside village, we wanted the new home to feel like it had been there for many years while providing today's amenities in a clean yet traditional style. An elevator provides access from the finished studio basement to the 2nd floor.
