Pool House

Having a house on a golf course can be a blessing and a curse.  The owners wanted to create a backyard paradise while shielding themselves from the constant flow of golfers.  The pool house needed to act as both a focal point from the house as well as a landscape screen from the golf course.  The outdoor, covered living area needed to feel very connected to the pool during the day but needed screens to keep out the bugs at night.  This was one of my first times using the automatic roll-down screens which was the perfect solution. An outdoor kitchen, shower, bathroom and golf cart storage completed the design.
