The original cottage which can still be seen to the left with a massive stone chimney sat on a large estate property with a gorgeous pond. The owners needed a much larger home to accommodate their growing family.   The 'addition' was added and connected to the original cottage by a long front entry porch terminating with a stone faced gable.  The added square footage allowed for a Custom Kitchen, Family Room, Sun Room, 4 bedrooms, a Master Suite and a large third floor to grow into.  The use of dark hardwood floors, earth tones and spacious rooms and hallways created the cozy, yet functional larger home while honoring the original cottage where they started out.
