This ocean view home was built on a very small lot which was limited by strict Shoreland Zone regulations.  My client had a growing family and wanted a home to comfortably entertain out of town friends and family often.  This Nantucket style home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with ample Living spaces for all to spread out.  We were also able to create a walkup cupola with a generous rooftop balcony to take in the gorgeous views of the islands.
